If you have registered and paid for a summit ticket but no longer can attend summit, you MUST send an email to [email protected] with the subject line TRANSFER or REFUND
Before May 1st, 2020 11:59 PM EDT, you will receive a full refund minus any PayPal processing fees. Transfers will be delegated to who you would like to replace your spot with. If you do not have a preference for the transfer, the spot will go to the first person on the waitlist.
Starting May 1st, 2020 until May 15th, 2020 11:59 PM EDT, you will refunded your ticket price minus a cancellation fee of $10. The individual receiving the transfer spot will be charged for the tier 3 registration fee (even if the refund was originally for a tier 1 or tier 2 registration spot).
After May 15th, 2020 11:59 PM EDT, no refunds or transfer will be given after this date.
